Nutritional Guidelines

1. Fruit – fruit has its own digestive enzymes. It stays in the stomach between 15-30 minutes. It should always be eaten alone, on an empty stomach. 3hours should elapse after eating any other foods (including vegetables) before you eat fruit again. Make a strong attempt to eat fruit that are in season. Eat melons (with seeds) alone or before other fruit:

2. Consume organic alkaline foods and beverages. Hybrid and genetically engineered foods are acidic.
They are not complete and provide little to no nutrition to the body.
3. SAY NO- to meats,to all dairy and starchy foods! They cause a build up of mucous which result in malfunction and disease in the body. And by the way, definitely NO SUGAR. It breaks down your nervous system.
4. To prevent fermentation, wait at least one hour before or after you drink
5. Due to its high mineral content, spring water is preferred over distilled water. Drink at least ½ gallon per day. Spring water aids in the cleansing and digestive process. Distilled water is recommended for cooking herbs and food preparation.
6. Cold drinks and ice shocks the system. Warm water soothes the body and colon. Helps to wash away toxins and move bowels. Room temperature water is also good.
7. Times To Eat- between 11am & 5pm- no earlier or later! Eat only when you are hungry. Eat to live, don’t live to eat!
8. Fast at least once a week, only drink water!

The acid-alkaline balance of the body is usually measure on a pH scale from 0-14, indicating 1 – 6.9 is acid, 7 is neutral, and 7.1 – 14 is alkaline. Acid foods cause deterioration and are corrosive by nature. Alkalies are non-acid and make an acid solution weak. The healthiest alkaline-acid levels for humans is 4 to 1 or 80% alkaline and 20% acid (pH range 7.35 – 7.5).
Disease can not survive in an alkaline state! Disease dwells within an acidic environment. If you have a health problem, most likely you are acidic. No matter what the modality, if the body is not slightly alkaline, the body cannot heal itself. If your pH is not balanced you cannot effectively assimilate vitamins, minerals and food supplements. Your pH affects everything!
An acidic pH can occur from:
